Vosgebar (Voskepar, Ոսկեպար) is a border village in the northeastern Tavush Province of Armenia, 163 km (101 mi) north of Yerevan. The area is 11.57 km2 (4.47 sq mi) and the elevation is at 850 m (2,790 ft) above sea level. The village lies in a valley to the south of the Voskepar Ridge. The population is about 909; of which 65 are students and 16 preschoolers. The residents and the economy revolves around farming and cattle breeding. In the village there is a school, a health clinic, a house of culture, and a community center. In addition to the ancient Armenian church of the Holy Mother of God of Voskepar that dates back to the 7th century, there is St. Sarkin Church.

Project #184; Cost $2000: In 2021 FOA purchased new furnishings for the Medical Clinic.
Project #155; Cost $10,000: In 2019 FOA funded and is in the process of renovating the Medical Clinic in the village of Voskebar.
Roofing, Flooring, Doors, Windows, and walls were replaced, along with painting. Also, a water heater was placed that utilizes a fresh running water.
Project #69; Cost $2,500: In 2016 FOA funded for the purchase of Gym equipment to the School of Voskebar.
