Choratan (Չորաթան) is a border town in the east Tavush Province of Armenia; under Noyemberyan municipality. The population is 1140; of which 320 are households, and 36 kindergarten children.

Project #108; Cost $5,500: In 2017 FOA funded and completed the Renovation of Choratan’s Kindergarten by constructing an underground Bunker to provide safety for the children from artillery fires.
